My love for Nigerians started in 2016 at the ADGA  National Show. 

 

I raised Nubians for more than 20 years under the herd name Ladies Blue Nubians.  Life happened and a major move saw me dispersing the herd in 1998 to Willow Run Dairy.

In 2016 I traveled with my mom and niece (Sonia Thyssen and Heather Arts) to the National Show to be an all around helper! I had sold out before the uprising of Nigerians.  One look and I was fascinated!  I watched the show where I saw the most adorable little doeling place 2nd in the junior kid class.  I knew then that I had to have her!!  So, as history was made I purchased (now) CH Wood Bridge Farm Spelling Bee!

I found myself happily back into dairy goats with the foundation doe of my dreams - Spelling Bee!!

I wish to thank two very important people in my life - without whom none of this resurfaced love would have happened.  Sonia Thyssen (Woest-Hoeve Farm) and Heather Arts (Purple Thistle Dairy Goats).

 

Our mission is to breed an eye catching  Nigerian herd that is a consistent herd that I love to look at!
